Actions & Achievements

Environmental

1. On-site Solar Power Generation 

We have successfully implemented an on-site solar energy system, supplying approximately 80% of our facility’s electricity demand. This significantly reduces reliance on fossil-fuel-based power. 

 2. Renewable Energy Certificates (T-REC) 

We obtained Taiwan Renewable Energy Certificates (T-REC), ensuring the credibility and traceability of our green energy usage while supporting carbon accounting and international commitments. 

 3. Greenhouse Gas Inventory (ISO 14064-1) 

Through a comprehensive internal tracking system and third-party verification, we achieved ISO 14064-1 certification, enhancing transparency and reliability in emissions management. 

 4. Science Based Targets (SBTi) 

Using 2023 as the baseline year, we commit to reducing Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 42% by 2030, aligning with global climate action goals. 

 5. 100% Renewable Energy (RE100) 

By 2025, through solar generation, T-REC, and green energy procurement, all electricity consumption at our facility comes from renewable sources, verified by third parties.


Social

1. Zero Occupational Injury Goal 

With 100% safety training coverage, risk control measures, and strict SOP implementation, we achieved zero occupational injuries in 2024. 

 2. BSCI Compliance 

We continuously improve labor rights, workplace safety, and ethical standards. Achieved Grade A in 2022 and maintained solid performance with Grade B in 2024. 

 3. Community Engagement 

We actively support local communities and vulnerable groups: 

2023: Donated 35 oxygen resuscitators to Changhua Fire Department

2024: Donated a rehabilitation bus to Changhua Hospital Our commitment reflects long-term social responsibility and local engagement.

We implement a multi-layer compliance system, internal reporting channels, and supplier commitments to ensure transparent and ethical operations. 

 2. Anti-Corruption Measures 

Clear policies, regular training, internal audits, and whistleblowing mechanisms help maintain the highest ethical standards.

We have established a comprehensive cybersecurity framework, including risk assessments, disaster recovery, and employee training, ensuring data protection for both the company and our partners.
